For Students/Parents:

Due to the short-term nature of our courses, such courses cannot be canceled and/or refunded.
In the event that schools have to close or in-person interaction is not allowed, any service that was to be rendered will be carried out online.

If you are an entity, company, or school that has made a partial payment, this payment is non-refundable. Cancellation of the course must be done at least 3 weeks in advance. Failure to do so will enforce the remaining payment. Non-payment of the full course will be claimed through court proceedings.

Courses should be applied for and booked at least 48 hours before the desired start date, with online payment to be completed 24 hours before the session commences. Failure to make a timely payment will not confirm a rescheduled session, if this is on a one-to-one basis. In the case of group courses, the student will start in the following session. Failure to pay will cancel the application and booking. Any payment is to be carried out with proof of payment sent via email.

Online Lessons

Online lessons cannot be recorded by either the tutor or student unless both parties are notified in writing. Recording and dissemination (or non-dissemination) of lessons will be charged with the appropriate legal procedures.

Public holidays are not included unless specified or requested.
